I would choose one of the following scents:
Dior Midnight Poison 鈥?the name and the scent are simply amazing. I love when my wife wears it. It is very sexy and sophisticated scent. Also Davidoff Cool Water is very nice buy more common than Midnight Poison. Another good perfume is Burberry Brit and Armani Mania Femme.

Perfume is a personal choice, and each person likes a different scent. It's not always a good idea to buy someone else purfume, especially since the purfume actually changes scent slightly depending on the wearer's body oils and such. However, my favorite is Betsy Johnson. It smells SO GOOD!!! There are lots of perfumes featured in magazines such as Seventeen, like princess, and a ton using the names of celebrities (Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, etc.) I think there's also a few Harajuku Lover scents.
Coco Chanel has some really great scents. Dior also just put out new perfume that smells absolutely delicious! These brands will run you at a premium though.
Depending on her age, the Ralph Lauren collection was always popular among the 20 to 30's crowd.
If you are looking for something on a budget there are these new body mists out by Calgon that also smell really good.
Viva La Juicy is really in now, and it is my fave. depending on her age, she may like daisy by marc jacobs, but it is kind of a mature scent. Red delicious has a fruity scent that is fun. If you have any questions, go to a perfume store and ask for some suggestions

I really like Harujuku Lovers. They're not expensive, and they're pretty popular. You could give her the set, so she's bound to like something.
Perfume is a tough gift unless you know exactly what kind she likes. What you may think smells good, she could hate. Id steer clear of the perfume!
