Any place that sells perfumes will carry the most popular varieties.
Even Toronto has Department stores along the lines of Macy's, Sears, JCPenney, etc. Start there and get a price list from each place. Then you can go online and look up prices for the same brands at a discount perfume website, and see if the discount plus shipping is still cheaper than the price at the department store.
