Especially Bast ( Bastet's) temples. Did they use different ones in different temples or were they pretty much the same perfumes and incense?What perfumes were used in Eygptian temples?
I found several online resources referencing ancient Egyptian perfumes.
The Nile had a profusion of flowers growing on its banks and this led to the ability to create wonderful fragrances. The articles are very interesting and I hope they help you. One of them even gives a ';recipe'; for creating an ancient Egyptian aroma.
