What do you call a persone who makes new perfumes?

I'm interested in making perfumes and I want to study this subject in the university. Is there such course like this in the universities? If so, which universities in Australia offer such course? Thanks!What do you call a persone who makes new perfumes?
Generally, you'll need to take chemistry in school to become a perfumer. I'm sure that you can major in chemistry at most universities in Australia.
